RETURNS
* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days.
* We have been in business for 11 years and have a good reputation for taking care of our customers. Our normal policy is to repair, replace, or refund (at our option) defective merchandise during the first 90 days. Returned items which are not defective will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The shipping charges are not refundable.
* All exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packing materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. Pack the items into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
* Please send your package to us by UPS, Airborne, Federal Express or US Mail for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
* To return an item, first obtain an RA (Return Authorization) # by sending us an e-mail with your name, item, and invoice # if you know it. We will send you RA# and the address to which you may send your return.
* Mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
